they wrote those creepy wierd songs when they were young lads living without mansions, mercedes, a mega-million dollar record deal, relationships with celebrities and children named after fruit. There's no going back.
Maybe that's why so many rock stars have drug problems - trying to connect to their former, more interesting selves through mind-altering substances...
